Transfer to Another Lodge

Members may be permitted to transfer from one local lodge to another without coercion or solicitation.

As stated in Section 4 paragraph 406 of the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws of KSKJ Life American Slovenian Catholic Union, "solicitation or coercion of members to transfer from any existing lodge to any new lodge in the same vicinity is prohibited."
