This new feature on the KSKJ Life member website gives you the necessary information to find about attending or volunteering at a KSKJ Life Matching Funds event in your area.

The Matching Funds Program has been in existence since 1995 and over $1.6 million has been donated to schools, churches, charities, etc. in our communities.  KSKJ Life will match all proceeds up to $1,000 from these events to the respective charities or not-for-profit organizations. 

JULY 17, 2010: St. Veronica #115, Kansas City, Kansas, will have a polka dance, raffle and food at Msgr. Mejak Hall starting at 7 p.m. Proceeds will go to the Society of St. Augustine-Brother Tom Akers Scholarship Fund. Tickets are $12 per person.

AUGUST 28, 2010: St. Francis #29, Joliet, Ill., will again have a Slo-Cro Bean Bag Tourney with the Croatian Cultural Club. Proceeds will be donated to the Joliet Area Community Hospice. For more information, go to www.jolietkskjlodges.info.

AUGUST 29, 2010:  Sts. Cyril & Methodius #144, Sheboygan, Wisconsin, will have a Matching Funds Bingo to benefit the Sheboygan Chapter of the Salvation Army.

AUGUST 29, 2010:  St. Francis Lodge #236, San Francisco, California, will have a summer BBO as their Matching Funds event this year. Proceeds will go toward the new roof at the hall. The BBQ will be held Sunday at 12 noon at the Slovenian Hall in San Francisco. BBQ chicken and homemade cevapcici will be served. SEPTEMBER 12, 2010: St. Anne #170, Lemont, IL, will have a luncheon, bake sale and raffle at the Slovenian Cultural Center in Lemont to benefit the DuPage Easter Seals and the Fox Valley Region for scholarships for therapy services.
